Recipe: It's pumpkin pie smoothie time

Blend & enjoy: 
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin (I use canned)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • splash vanilla extract
  • 3-5 ice cubes
  • dash pumpkin pie spice
  • dollop whipped cream (optional)
(makes one large smoothie. enough for a light meal or big snack)
